First things first! brush completely before getting your hair wet.

TWO SHAMPOOS always

gently scrub around and in between each row to remove buildup

We recommend shampoos that are moisturizing and sulfate free, protecting your investment in your hair AND your color.

+    K18 DETOX shampoo
+    ILES SHAMPOO

Shampooing

glossed faves:

the key to silky hair extensions is hydration!

Because hair extensions aren’t getting the natural oils from your scalp, they’re inclined to become dry faster than your natural hair.

apply the ILES HAIR MASK in between your shampoo and conditioner

pro tip: distribute the mask with a wide-tooth comb while in the shower and leave on for 5 min for added hydration. Follow with iles formula conditioner for 2-3 minutes to seal the cuticle.

Conditioning

Remove as much water from the extensions as possible by gently towel drying the hair.

apply heat-protectant and leave-in products to damp hair section by section.

use a detangling brush to even distribute product.

Brushing product through each section ensures every hair on your head getting the protection it needs.

don't forget your finishing serum!

Post-Shower

begin by drying the tops of the wefts
(Did we mention to use a heat protectant :)

use your fingers at the base of the extensions to lightly separate the wefts

no pulling or tugging!

When hair is almost all the way dry, a round-brush or a flat brush can be used to smooth out the hair.

Heat style as normal!

always remember to reapply a heat protectant on dry hair!
